Our Policies


Privacy is taken very seriously at Crystalize. Our policy is simple. We will not provide, rent, or make available in any way, our customer information to any parties outside Crystalize - period. All customer information is stored offline in an encrypted format in a secure data environment. No personally identifiable information is collected on visitors to our site. Customer E-Mail addresses are used only to send shipment updates. Customer order information, i.e. bill to and ship to addresses, credit card information and phone numbers, are used to process the order only. No unsolicited mailings or phone calls are made.


Our primary shipping service is UPS Ground. This service may take 5-7 business days from coast-to-coast (our products ship from our store in Danbury, CT). UPS Ground is the service we use for all shipments that qualify for "free shipping" unless otherwise requested by the customer.

When shipping to Canada there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances or customs. If you haven't received your order after 2 weeks, please call us at 203-244-9512 Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm for assistance. The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes on the value of the goods purchased, which may be imposed by the Canadian government.


Purchased items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a credit.(minus shipping charges and a 25% re-stocking fee ) The returned product must be returned with no damage to the item and the in its original packaging. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE ENGRAVED (PERSONALIZED) products which because of their customized nature are not returnable.


Damaged items must be reported to Crystalize within 7 days of receiving the item or no claim can be made.
