We take great pride in the attention we give to the shipping process. Many of our items are very delicate so a thorough knowledge of the packing of these items is essential. Years of shipping these delicate pieces have taught us the right way to prepare them for shipping.
We have partnered with UPS to give you real time shipping rates. We now offer 5 shipping options:

Please be advised that engraved items usually ship within 3 business days. If you have a very specifice requirement for a delivery date, please give us a call and we will be able to give you a better understanding of our current turn around times. Shipping charges will automatically be added to your order when you check out.
We ship most of our ground orders by UPS Ground.

Shipping to Foreign Countries
We currently only ship within the United States, to Canada and to APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping to Canada
We are pleased to ship to Canada using UPS. Your shipping costs cover transportation and customs clearance. All applicable local and federal taxes will be paid by recipient.
Breakage
On the rare occasion that we do experience some breakage, we will do what we can to accommodate your time line but our policy is that the time to reprocess the order is the same as the original order: 2-3 business days and will be shipped via the same method as the original order.
